Join Rev. Emily Miles for a 4-week introductory journey into mindfulness and meditation. In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll explore the foundational principles of mindfulness and meditation through a variety of practices, including seated meditation, walking meditation, yoga, mindful eating, and more. This class is designed to equip you with tools to cultivate present awareness, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and deepen your connection with God, yourself, and the world around you.
