Multiple age-based choirs for age 4 through grade 5

We’re so excited to welcome your child to a wonderful year of singing, service, and fun ahead in choir! For PRUMC’s special 100th year, we have an amazing program planned. At every level, your child will grow in their ability to worship, love music, be part of a team, and make new friends. Find fun, spirit, and a PRUMC home in our choirs! Cherub Choir
Age 4 – Kindergarten
Wednesdays, 5:00 – 5:45 pm

Cherubs begin learning to sing in their “head” voice, listen for the beat, and focus on a short devotion. We also learn classic hymns such as Jesus Loves Me and have fun activities throughout the year! In addition to regularly scheduled rehearsals, Cherubs occasionally have special combined rehearsals and sing in worship.

Covenant Choir
Grades 1 & 2
Wednesdays, 5:00 – 5:45 pm

Covenant Choir members build on the foundations laid down in Cherub Choir, expanding into a broader repertoire of music and hymns and note recognition. In addition to regularly scheduled rehearsals, Covenant members occasionally have special combined rehearsals and sing in worship.

Celebration Singers
Grades 3, 4 & 5
Wednesdays, 5:45 – 6:30 pm

Celebration members grow as singers and team members, expanding our vocal range with multi-part harmony and truly learning to read music. We also perform service during the year. Celebration members occasionally have special combined rehearsals and sing in worship.
